🌊⛵ MGR 2025 FLEET UPDATE – Who’s Leading the Charge?

⛵🌊 BREAKING!!! Delja 100 and 99 are hoping to depart next Wednesday! 🙂

Happy weekend, sailors and followers! While some of us (cough, Don) are losing track of the days, the McIntyre Globe Race 2025 fleet is making waves! Here’s the latest from the tracker—plus some juicy behind-the-scenes drama.

🌤️ WEATHER & STRATEGY

The trade winds are finally filling in, but not everyone’s catching the same breeze!

Renaud is flying at 4.6 knots, riding the edge of the trades like a pro.

Pilar is hanging tough, just 70 miles behind—can she close the gap?

Gary is technically leading on the leaderboard (thanks to his northern detour), but will he pay for it later?

Keri is sailing hard (and fixing sails with a boat hook—respect).

Current headaches?

Dan “Eggplant” Turner (yes, that’s a thing now 🍆) is battling weird currents and posting mysterious veggie pics. (Dan, explain yourself.)

Adam almost lost his audio to copyright music—rookie mistake! 🎶🚫

Jasmine’s fans are furious she got skipped in updates—don’t worry, she’s sailing strong at 2.6 knots!

📊 FLEET STATS (Who’s Crushing It?)

Fastest Today: Renaud (76 nm day!)

Slowest: Christian (28 nm—stuck in a hole 😬)

Dark Horse: Jakub, gaining on Jasmine!

🔮 WHAT’S NEXT?

Trade Wind Shuffle: The fleet’s splitting—Renaud & Pilar could pull ahead, while the tail-enders (cough Gary cough) might hit a wind hole in 4 days.

Pit Stop Watch: ETAs are still fuzzy, Marquesas??? but Fiji is the next big milestone! Plan your holiday NOW and join the fun!!
